25G SFP28 WDM Color Optical Transceiver Modules
The 25G WDM color optical transceiver module has 25G CWDM optical transceiver module and 25G DWDM optical transceiver module, of which 25G CWDM SFP28 uses 1270nm-1370nm (20nm interval) CWDM DML laser and PIN receiver, or 1470nm-1570nm (20nm interval) CWDM EML laser and APD receiver, its receive and transmit channel built-in CDR circuit, maximum rate up to 25.78Gbps, transmission distance of 10KM/40KM. Due to the changeable working environment of 5G fronthaul networks, 25G SFP28 CWDM needs to meet the temperature range of industrial grade and extended grade.
The 25G DWDM SFP28 optical transceiver module is mainly used to meet the needs of 5G fronthaul networks services, and its devices use EML+APD scheme, with a maximum rate of 25.78125Gbps and a maximum transmission distance of 40km. The 25G DWDM SFP28 series optical transceiver modules support C-band full wavelength (0.8nm interval, namely 100GHz), which is widely used in 25G Ethernet and CPRI/eCPRI.
