MEMS VOA
The full name of MEMS VOA is Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems Variable Optical Attenuator. VOA is commonly used in optical power equalization in optical fiber communication systems. In various technical solutions, MEMS VOAs have the advantages of small size, low cost, and easy fabrication.
